I’ve never been a runner, absolutely hated it. But I started couch to 5k after a friend told me about it. I could barely run 2 minutes straight when I started and now I regularly run 30+ minutes straight, my longest was 45 minutes. It works and it’s a simple program. http://c25k.com/mobile/

I’m a big fan of the BBM workouts. But my husband and my sisters really like the Fitness Blender workouts (https://www.fitnessblender.com/). You can customize each workout as far as how long you want to work out, what type of workout you want, what equipment you do/don’t have, etc. Fitness Blender videos are free, as well.

I am finding that I really enjoy exercising at home if I have a program to do. The creator of Joyful Breath Yoga is actually my roommate from college. She is very knowledgeable and a fantastic motivator. There is a wide range of classes offered online from very basic, beginning poses to get you started to extremely advanced, kids yoga, and chair yoga for senior citizens.Joyful
